Thank you for participating! You may enter to win our prize draw for one of five $100 gift cards. If you win, you will be able to choose from a list of several popular merchants. Odds of winning are expected to be approximately 1 in 40, depending on the final number of completed surveys and the number of survey participants who elect to enter the prize draw.
The prize draw is entirely administered by R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd. Winners will be selected entirely at random within two months of completing the data collection. Winners will be contacted at the email address or phone number provided by the survey participant. In the case of prizes having monetary value, winners will be provided the option of receiving a cash award equivalent to the value of the good at the time of the prize award. Completion of the survey is considered the skill-testing element required for eligibility to win a prize. If a winner did not provide valid contact information or does not respond within two weeks of the first contact attempt, the prize may be awarded to another randomly selected winner, or may not be awarded.
